Question: What is the name of this playstation 2 game... please!?

Its a platform game, a bit like Rayman, where you are a blue character who goes around a land that is a bit like Rayman's. The baddies are pirates. I can't remember much more except for a stage where you have to go under water and there's whales. I'd love to find the name of this game. Thanks!

Is it rayman revolution or rayman X or somethig nlike that cos all I can think of is the blue guy named Globox xD
