@Sensitive Rainbow WTF?!? Are you making up stuff as you go along? Of course it can. All PSPs have built-in WiFi. You can play locally (adhoc mode) with your friends in the same room or thru WiFi (infrastructure) with players over the internet. Resistance: retribution is adhoc and infrastructure enabled.

If you mean the first generation of PSP, no. First gen PSP doesn't have internet support. .
