Question: How can i get into a video gaming mood?

For some reason, I always snap myself out of a video gaming mood. Whenever I'm about to purchase a game, I think of why I'm getting the game, as I feel that I'm wasting money and time to do so. But the thing is, I loved playing video games in the past, and now I seemed to have lost it or something. I really do want to get back into gaming, as that might help me release some major stress.

Well what gets me in that mood is when I work hard and i'm tired like if I washed a giant pile of dishes or came back from school then I just want Kool-aid and videogames lol

It really depends on the type of game you are going to play for example if you want to play a ww2 first person shooter it could be cool to watch a world war 2 movie to get you in the mood other tpyes of games like uplink have films to get u in the mood such as hackers or defcon (thermo nunulcar war)and the film wargames even top gun and figher flight sims go well together as for thinking about wheter or not to buy a games is a good thing you are going to spend money and you want to be sure that you are going to get value for money other suggestions if you want to get into gaming again are get xfire xfire.com this is a game messenger that can let you launch games from its menu and even comunicate to other players while u are playing you get your own profile page and can upload videos to it for the games xfire suppoorts its great for proving that you can do something you claim to do when bragging xfire has meny comunities as well these comunities are sometimes for specific games or for genures so you will be able to find people to play these games with and add your friends that allready have xfire
