Question: A pokemon video game question....?

I've been looking into ROMs and emulators. One game I've been playing is Pokemon Silver. And something I've been annoyed by is the fact that I can't continue my game file after I defeat the Elite Four, and go onto the Kanto region. Why is that? It's confusing to me. I'm going to try that. But everytime I've beaten the Champion, the game goes on, and then it saves, and the emulator restarts.

Did you save it? It could just be that the ROM was incomplete or a dud file.

I don't know maybe their something wrong with you rom, why don't you try another rom (keep the save file) and use it on the new rom. Hope this helped Mip

Some ROMS are defected.. are you saving through the game or saving state on the emulator most of those kinds of issues come from not saving the game properly.. you will need to download a new one, and test the save files before you start over :[
