Question: Do video games purchased in china work on north american video game consoles?

More specifically Nintendo DS, Gamecube, and PS2.

The DS is region free so they might work. But the Gamecube and PS2 are not region free. This means you would have to mod the system in order to play a game from a different country.

Yes video games from foreign countries work on US video game consoles but the game will be in that language not in english.
