Question: How can i make a video from my xbox 360?

I was wondering how to make a video from my xbox 360 so i can make a video guide for achievements for them and help them so they just dont have so much trouble.(P.S. do I need to download fraps to it or what)

Would personally go with a Dazzle Platinum, you can pick them up on ebay for about 20 - 30 quid and they are really simple to use. Then you just plug the red, white and yellow cables into it from the Xbox and you can then record what happens in the game on your PC to show your mates great shots on COD or great goals on FIFA :)

My brothers used a VCR and recorded the games off the Tv(of course they added voice to them later..), and then connected the VCR to the computer and transferred them. I'm sure there's a new, and easier updated & modern way of doing this haha... but that's how they did it!
